1. Service provider

2. Service description

Iria Monitor is an AI code observability platform. It analyzes git metadata to measure how much code is written by AI agents, tracks the durability of AI-generated code, and provides team-level dashboards and reports. The service processes git notes and commit metadata -- it does not access, store, or analyze your source code.

3. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

4. User obligations

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your credentials secure and not share them with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, belong to SOFT FOR YOU SL or its licensors. The service includes components licensed under the Apache 2.0 open-source license, as noted in the respective source files.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the git metadata, analytics, or reports generated from your data.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis with no service level agreement (SLA). Paid plans may include SLA terms as specified in the applicable subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFT FOR YOU SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard settings or by contacting hello@iria.tech. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction that may apply.
